Tips for Dirty Dancing!

How to Dirty Dance?

Be comfortable with your body. Think about sex and sexy things and your body will move like you want it.

Steps:

• Pretend your body is perfect, even if you don't usually think so. The more comfortable you are with moving the better you will look. Don't worry about looking silly! It might help if you put on a sexy outfit.
• Choose music that makes you feel sexy.
• Start out moving slowly. Watch some videos that you think have people moving in ways that you think are sexy. Mimic their movements.
• Try putting the individual moves into different sequences that feel natural in their movement. Try to move your hips in ways you never thought they could move.

• Once you have a string of movements that flow into each other, create a routine and practice it in the mirror.
• Once you're comfortable, try it for your partner. If the guy is a good dancer, it will be easy. Often times, the guy will hold you close, making sure your arms are around his neck and his are around your hips.
• A guy might turn you around so you are facing the same direction, and hold your hips. Some even take your hands.
• While holding you close, a guy might have your leg in between his; it makes you dance closer. Make sure you follow his lead, and the beat.
• Swinging hips slowly or fast and making it the primary move in the dance is always dirty.

Tips

• Sexy dancing requires grace and the "sexy eye" look. Practice in the mirror.
• Try taking a belly dancing class or a exotic dancing for everyday women class.
• Remember the object of the exercise is to feel good about yourself and feel erotic.
• Use your hips, swing them to the beat and move on from there.
• Have fun and relax and let your body do the work.
• Feel the beat and the spirit of the music, then let your body follow it. Don't be self conscious.
• If you have long hair, let it down and swing it around. It makes you feel great! Wavy loose hair is also sexy, So shake it, and play with it with your fingers.

• Do not do in front of people who are going to make you feel self-conscious.
• Don't dance erotically in front of others that make you uncomfortable -- this is probably something you shouldn't do in front of your parents.
• Don't dance in the company of those that may try to force you to do something you do not want to do.
